I have being hearing many hindu mythological stories about lord vishnu's incarnations in each Yugas.The ten forms of Vishnu are Matsya (Fish),Kurma (Tortoise), Varah (Boer),Narsimha (Half-man Half-lion),Vamana(Dwarf),Parshuram,Ram,Krishna,Buddha and Kalki.
          It is said that we are in the Kaliyug, The society is facing this Kaliyugness everyday.Today I was reading the times of India and was so shocked to read that the paper was almost cluttered with the news of rape cases and that too unsolved.Kali the demon who gave importance to only and only sex,it seems that his
powers are ruling the entire universe and many such rape cases are the perfect example of the maqnifestation of his powers.It is believed that whenever society is completely enveloped in sin then lord vishnu has reincarnated himself in one or the other of the ten forms to free the society from the clutches of the demons.Today the demons of the society are terrorists,corrupt officials and politicians and most importantly rapists.When will lord vishnu take the form of kalki to eradicate the effect of this kali and to completely wipe out these demons from our society.To bring justice and order in the society.We are desparetly waiting for you Mr.Kalki.

December- The Month Of Joy.

According To me December is the most Happening month of the year.People witness not only the nerves chilling atmosphere,but the month is also filled with loads of events be it Marriages or the College fests.
To add to it,the date 25th of December which is being celebrated as Christmas all over the world,and then
after that 31st of December the last day of the year and the day to prepare for making celebrations of the
coming new year.

The Business Of Education

I am a customer,I am a student of Mumbai University.Yes i would like to bring before the people and most importantly fellow students who are going through the same problem from which I am going.Firstly you pay
a handsome amount of money even though your financial status is not allowing you to do so expecting that
you will definitely reap the benefits of whatever fees you have paid,benefits in this case is not monetary but
smooth functioning of the education institutes.
I have a list of complaints against the university and i think i have a right to put those down in any media i wish

1) I am doing my masters in communication and journalism from one of the college in the suburb of mumbai
which is affiliated to the university of mumbai.The university harasses the students mentally by each and other
time telling to fill one or the other form and along with those forms they will ask for the whole lot of documents along with it.

2) The name of the Subject being wrongly printed in the circular sent by the university.

3) While filling the form for the semester examination there is one column as to we can select the centre for
examination of our choice.But afterwards we come to know that we are being thrown in some other centre
than the one which we have selected and that also too far,and that also 2 days prior examination.If this is the
case then i have the question that why does this university practices the so called formality of asking to fill us
the centre of our choice.We also got our hallticket very late.3 days prior examination.

4) There has also been not proper textbooks or study material which would help to score substantially in the examination.We rely on the GOOGLE INDIA which many a times uses complex terminologies the interpretation of which becomes a tedious task and we are left with no other option than just mugging up with  whatever content we have.The books are not even available in the market and the source for the presentations on the respective topics assingned by our faculty for internal assesment remains only the internet which has the major disadvantage as mentioned above.

Does university doesn't takes its affairs seriously? What is the big reason for the creation of such a mess
which is affecting students? Do we have a proper machinery were all the reasonable complaints made by the
students have been taken cognigance of and rectified or else it has just been developed for the sake of developing it?
        The day when University will find answers or rather would i say solutions to such problems will help the university to earn the title of "Students Corner" until then it would only be called as an entreprenual institution.


 

The real meaning of Democracy

The ashes of Maharashtra's Supremo Balasaheb Thakre had not becoming cold and the new heat over the topic of democracy just began to raise its ugly head thus once again making the situation something filmy not only for the protectors of the society-THE POLICE but also for students.
        Palghar resident Shaheen Dhada was arrested on 19th November,2012 for putting comment on the social networking site facebook for the shut down on sunday 18th november,2012 post mr Thackerey's death.She updated the status that the whole of maharashtra had been kept close only for one man.did we showed this respect for the great freedom fighters like bhagat singh,Sukhdev and many more.from this it is clear that the girl has updated an incomplete picture and has made the wrong use of the word democracy.(However the action taken by police just cannot be justified and a severe action Must be taken against them)
but the status update of the girl just shows that many people just use these electronic tools for the sake of using it without even being aware of what we are posting and some constraints have to be posed on such
excessive freedom granted bythe constitution,otherwise due to which people will just take an undue advantage of this freedom like Shaaheen Dhada.I would like to tell Shaaheen that first of all the bandh which
was there was not out of forcebut out of the choice of the people.secondly she spoke something about paying respect to our great leaders as mentioned above.How can she affirmatively state that these leaders have not been payed respect.has she gone through some literatures or have she witnessed the normal working of the nation without any shutdowns when these great leaders had been hanged till death.there might have been a bandh to pay respect during some 20's 30's or whenever they had been hanged.
           Then there had been some protests against the arrest of the girl and Rini Shrinivasan who liked shaheen dhada's status,which is good but these status updates of the protest were just updated without having complete knowledge of what they are updating.One of the girl just granted the title of a racist to the supremo,other updated the status the meaning of which i m still unable to get she updated "Police should also arrest me as I Spoke to my Neighbour and also spoke/commented on the economic meltdown in 2008" now does this have to do anything with the current topic of democracy.It seems that the youth are are expressing their feelings without going a prior thought to it as in the case of Shaheen dhada and some other few who protested against the arrest.( The comments regarding the protest have been published in DNA dated 20th Nov,2012).The arguments presented in such sorts of status updated are very weak.The youth today have not  understood the real meaning of Democracy.Democracy does not mean speaking for the sake of speaking but pinpointing certain limitations having a thorough knowledge on the topic of which is spoken,written and published about.

Raj Thackerey Is Right.

Before turning to the main issue, i would like to ask a simple question to all my friends and also fellow readers: ''What would be your Reaction to the Huge pouring of Guests or Visitors At your Home?''. I hope each and every one of us would just get irratated and would pray that the guest would leave our
home as early as possible so that we could be left with the space to atleast breath.
         Such is the condition of our city.The people are just pouring into the city haphazardly with no space
left if this situation remains then we are not too long from the day that we would have to walk on roads
like a tortoise,or like at the places were the crowd is just so infinite.A restriction is desperately needed to
be put on this people pouring into this city and Raj Thackerey is exactly doing that.Fear remains the only
weapon when the so called secularistic policy fails.Raj Thackerey came into limlight when he was on the
mission of stopping the north indians or for that matter any person from the other region of the country.
Why the hell people come to this city only and that too many of them staying here illegally and that too
many of them doing the work of labour.Doesn't they see or have knowledge of cities like Delhi,Kolkatta
Banglore and many more.I don't think that raj thackery is wrong if he tries to stop these bastards from
entering our city who have been succesful to make our city a garbage.The latest incident of  Azad maidan
people from Bihar come here stay illegally and then do such anti-social activities and then again fleed to
bihar.******************************* and many more bad words for them.Is mumbai a joke to
them?Secondly the second thing i liked about raj thackerey is that he is going to take action against the ****
******* News channels.Ya The word hindi has become a bad word because of these rascals TRP
business.Even if the matter is not so much grave they over senticize the issue and do the work of pouring
oil in fire and are always ready with the false excuse of press liberty.MY FOOT press liberty half of the
things which they show are not even real and they only show the same things whole day.Even there was
one article i remember in THE TIMES OF INDIA. that it was on 26/11 the hindi news channels made
things difficult for the police and other security forces by showing the live coverage of the incident without
even taking into account that even the terrorists would be watching the television.

Pakistani Serials

Switching on a television today has been a boring and also a hopeless thing.With the advent of DISH TV,
Set-Top box and other accesories being attached to your idiot box has only given people an access to n
number of channels which they haven't even heard of in their lifetime.With these advanced tools one can
only provide to the end-user excellent graphics,picture quality,Sound.Though these are the Pre-requisites
of any electronic production targeted to the viewers they can never substitute the inseparable aspect of the
television world and that is Content,Story,Quality and lot other adjectives which depict the serious approach
towards the work under taken.Precariously giving the Excuse of the so-called parameter TRP should be
stopped.There is a misunderstanding in the minds of people that the maximum number of hopeless elements they add to their serials the more number of people will be glued to their televisions.This trend has to be changed.
             However Sab has taken into consideration this side and that's they have produced a Funny,Humoro
-us show like Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma.Another show which i like is Crime Patrol (Though it is based
on real events) the cast,the direction and everything is just so superb.A successful attempt to create a realistic
depiction of the events happening around our environ.But just have look at the ratio 2 watchable serials among which 1 being a show based on real events.Isn't it a shame that the television media has failed to
contribute a realistic,mature serials to the people.I have been watching two of the pakistani serials quite for
few days to name them Ankahee and Dhoop Kinare and i am in love with their work.The serials were of some of 80's.The age when technology was not so much advanced as of today.But both the serials surpassed
these technology lacking hurdle and touched the hearts of the intellectuals who have watched this serials.
A Smooth Flow of Story,Beethowen's Symphony as Background score (For Ankahee),Beautifully played
Guitar Chords that really touches the chords of the heart(In Dhoop Kinare),Dialogues crafted with excellent Urdu words.What else could be the mind refreshing experience in such hectic world.Even the locations are
very Exotic.Creating a desire in the mind of one while watching it to go and stay there atleast for a month,
away from this smoke,dust and other pollutants.The other positive side is when we see the serials we don't
feel that the actors are acting in it,we just feel that they would be knowing each other in real life and also would be in relation like that in serial, hidden camera has been mounted near to them and their actions,conversations are been recorded without their knowledge,Such is the Charisma,Finesse of the actors.
So just hoping for a miracle to happen and would be able to see such kind of Work,Quality,Content with these ever increasing tools that will help to deliver it.

even listening for quite a few months.There is an old saying in Marathi "Bolnaryache Mati hi Khapte ani na
Bolnaryache tar Aambe hi Vikale jat nahit" meaning the one who speaks can even sell his mud and the one
who do not speaks fails even to sell mango.I think the film industry has taken this proverb TOO Seriously.
            Undoubtedly Marketing helps your product to be get recognized by the end-user but there should
be a limit to it.Right from the time when the shoot of the film started it is being promoted.Krishna of comedy
circus is using promotion as a punch line of the comedy act always telling the Sets of BB In Jaipur and how
well he have acted in the movie.Even in the comedy series of Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma A whole week
is only reserved for the promotion of the movie.
             Anything beyond limit should be Avoided.one should know where to stop.if the people concerned
with this Double-Edged Sword does not know the exact amount of marketing required it will definitely mar
his project,even the audience will get bored after some time and will avoid to be the part of the work. 
 

Another Constitutional Shit

26th January,1950.A Day when our Constitution was fully prepared.A Day when our Country rejoiced and Basked in the Glory for being inherited the title of the largest Democracy in the whole world.This Superficiary
title thrusted upon India Barred our Mother Country which so much of laws and Sections.That even the Law
students sometime regret taking to the course.The main point is we know that a heavy book with Tons and Tons
of pages Direct our Judiciary.We even don't know what are the laws that are contained in the Constitution.
            An Interesting Paradox: A Huge Book titled Constituion with "N" number of Laws but still Many Laws
which Desparetly need to be incorporated and Even Followed,Thanks to "SATYAMEV JAYATE".But to be
precise for those who don't become part of these wonderful Journey.There are some laws which still need to be
instilled in the book of constitution and even followed those like Child Abuse,Abortion and more ETC'SS
             Now Comes the time to CUT THE CRAP and be Specific.One Such law in the Constitution is the In-
-duction of minorities from the fields of Science,Arts and Literature.We already have not so fit people for the seat of our great law making center to mention a few such Morons Dharmendra,Hema Malini,Shatrughna Sinha,Jaya Prada,the Most Irritating of e'm l GOVINDA.To Add to it The Great Master Blaster Of the Indian
Cricket Team,the God Of Indian Cricket SACHIN TENDULKAR.what does sachin have to do with the ad
ministrative field,does the actors afore mentioned feel that the parliament Is A theatre for them to perform as they will.In Fact a law shold be made that the common man who really does belong to the middle class arena to be inducted in the parliament so that he can atleast do something or try to do something for the common man.He is the One Who understands the common problems faced by us.A Polite Request to all
law makers Please Stop this Wrong Practice of Putting Undeservable People in Rajya Sabha/Lok Sabha.  

Moral Police's Double Standards

It's Been A Month where this issue has been happened.But to express anything we should not hesitate as how late we are exhibiting our viewpoints.It is not related to how much time span has been passed for anything but
it is definitely pertaining to what is right and what is wrong.
            The Movie DIRTY PICTURE was supposed to aired on 22nd April,2012 on Sony Television network till the day on which it was to be telecasted the media of all sorts(Print,Television,and even Radio)
was advertising the Telecast of the movie on the above mentioned date.Even the publications/Journals/Newspapers reserved their full page advertisement on the said day.Now the question which arises is that
weather the Information and Broadcasting Ministry was isolated from the society and was completely
ignorant about the movie being telecasted on the aforementioned date.Why didn't it refuse to be telecasted
for the first time the ad of the Dirty picture was run. why did it took so long to realize that the content of the
movie is in contradiction with the SO CALLED rules and Regulations of the Broadcasting Act.
              I completely Agree with the view of Mr . Milan Lutharia who is the Director of the movie.He said
that if it Morally Contrdicting the Codes of conduct then why did this movie receive the awards.the movie for
many times had also been telecasted on local cable networks.Even movies like Murder and Murder-2 had
earlier been telecasted at the prime time slot.the Information and Broadcast ministry gives the Justification that
it hampers the young minds if this is the case then they should curb Youtube and all other stuffs.because children have Accesss to these medias.Once surfing through all channels i listened one song which contained
lyrics like Bharat Mata Ki Jay with some Hedious Dance steps and It also mentioned that India has Good And Gober now the Ministry to Desparetly define what falls into their Creteria of Moral Contents.I heard
one discussion which was preceding to the hot issue of Dirty Picture telecast on the other one reporter was
saying a art is an Art it is not good or bad.The Dirty Picture is the Symbolic of The Life of the South Indian Actress of 80's Silk Smitha.If the Dirty Picture is the Saying of the Lifestyle Silk Smitha Lead then God Knows what is Vulgur In it.It's An Urge to the Information and Broadcasting ministry that hey should not indulge in this childish Act of Not Telecasting Anything.

The Literature In India

It is said that Books are Man's Best Friend.Books Accompany A Person Even when he is alone.
The Writing Profession Especially Of Book Writers is in a very Sorry State.It is Found that many
youths are not fond of reading.It is found that many People are not Voracious Readers.It is Found
that many People who read a book Just read a A page or two and Just close the Book.They don't
get Enthralled while reading.There are many Writers in India but only Mr Chetan Bhagat is Famous among the youths and That also Because many Of the Bollywood Stories are being adapted
from his book.If even his stories would not had been adopted for creating filmy stories even he
like other writers would have been categorized into UnRecognized.Here I Do not Intend to Generalize my Personal Opinions about I Do Feel that People Do Lack Taste When It Comes to Reading.The Stories Of Chetan Bhagat revolve only around one Common Factor and that is None other than a three letter word-SEX!!! and then the Men Topic of the Story.
The Books in India have Limited Subjects to present before the reader.The Books are just
Bombarded With Heavy,Metallic Words,Many Technical Jargons Always Necessitating A reader to keep a Dictionary beside him when he Sits to read a book.People also do not choose Writing
As A profession maybe because the Monetary Payment For Daily living is quite too low for
writers.Even there are Lots And Lots of Printing Mistakes in the books thus Highlighting And
Exhibiting The Clumsiness and Laziness on Part of the Publication as they just don't do Proof
Reading which is Quiteessentialy Required to avoid Print Mistakes.Secondly there are not enough Libraries which incorporates New and Interesting Books as Contrary to Book Sellers who
sits besides the Narrow Streets and Sell the Books At Fixed Rate the Rate may Vary from Street to street.A person may buy a book or Two but many a times the book that these sellers have are
quite Excellent to read that we feel that We should buy the whole stock but we explain our book
loving irrational mind that it is practically a foolish idea which leaves no option for us to read boring books from our libraries.There are also chances that the books that we buy from these
sellers contain some irregularities like Duplication of the page,Few Words might not be Printed Properly even a page would be missing from the book.
There is a Need to Save this Creative profession from its declining stage.Measures
should be taken that peoplet rightly monetary payment and due recognition.Proper library facilities should be developed for incorporating the Varied Subjects Books.

To Begin with I would Like to Ask a Question to you all "In this Hectic Life where all are busy running after their Work,For how long you have sat and closed your Eyes and set your Mind
free without any thoughts?''. There would hardly Be any Yeses or the Reply's Yes I have done
the Meditation.Meditation is the Phase where one closes his eyes sets his mind free from all
thoughts and recites any particular word given by his meditation Guru or even Remembers
the Almighty.In Today's Modern Stressful life,The Elements of Indian Tradition like Yoga,
Pranayam and Meditation have Become Prerequicites to lead a life without Stress.
Our Body Mechanism Gets Exhausted By the Work We Do Both Mental And Physical.Meditation
will help to Rejuvinate and Enrich our Body.There are Times when we Completely Ignore
about ourselves we only think of others,their Happiness.Our Work.Meditation is a Phase when
we Retrospect ourselves.We try to analyze our Actions and Try to Figure out what we should have
done,should haven't spoke and We take this Experience as our Guide for our Future Actions.
This Retrospection or self Analysis is not Possible In Everyday's Life without the Support of Meditation.It helps to Develope or Inculcate Strong Will Power in Ourselves. I Do not need to
mention how Will Power plays an important part in a person's life but still to elaborate its
importance Will Power helps to Improve our Focus,Concentration and helps to create a feeling
of love for the work we do.Meditation also makes a Person Mentally Strong.Sometimes we fail
to control our mind and behave in accordance with our Emotions which is many a times not

of Patience.Meditation diminishes the Pressure of Heavy Workload.We shold do meditation whenever we get time atleast for 5 min.

Today,Television Industry has Dominated the Indian Households.There would hardly be any house in India which is ignorant about the Serials,Reality Shows,Movies etc.This Industry has influenced the life of Common Man so Much so that the People Sometimes even imagine themselves in place of their Favourate Character,Or Participant(InCase Of Reality Shows).
However these serials,Shows Contains Some Funny Elements in it.It would be easily possible
for you to pinpoint these funny and Humorous instances,If you keep alive a Funny,Humorous
Critique in you.

First I Will Mention Some Of the Funny And Wierd Elements that are An Integral part of THE

short in Front Of Indian Serials.To Be Precise and To Exemplify the Statement serials like
Kynki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi & Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki had Been Broadcasted For Nearly A
Decade.If you think That A Decade Is too long for an Indian Serial,It Becomes my noble
Duty to make you aware of the Marathi Serial Titled CHAR DIWAS SASUCHE which have
even crossed the Time Span of A Decade and is Still Being Aired on A Marathi Channel ETV
Marathi.Whenever I Hear Someone Discussing About this Serial I Critisize It As it should be
Renamed as CHARSHE KOTI DIWAS SASUCHE(4 Crore Days Of Mother-In-Law).Still
some people even today Watch this Serial.

2) Another Mandatory Factor which these Great Indian Sagas Contain Is that The Characters
in it are Extremes.On One Side There are people Portraying The Character Of A SUCCSE
-FUL BUSINESS MAN,OR any other Profession he/she may Belong to and A STUDENT
who Always Tops In The Exams Of College and Universities,Being Number 1 is the only
rank.Thus making their Parents Proud.While on The Other Side there are Characters who
are so much so Hopeless and Crazy that they get Indulged in Activities that leads to their
Suspension or Atleast With A Warning that the Next time he Gets involved in such Activity
will surely be Suspended.

3) Every Homes Should Have Atleast One Negative Character who works Day and Night to
Prepare Plans against the Character Of Whom They are Jealous Of.It is A Highly Proved
Fact that the Antagonists in This Serials Are Highly Bleesed by AlMIGHTY with Wits and
Intelligence that they always Overpower the Central Character atleast till the End.It seems
that the Heroes and Heroines Are Too DUMB to Recognize the Treacherous Acts of the
Villans.They Openly Talk to the Person of whom they seek help against the House and
the Wierd fact Is Nobody Hears their Conversation Even In A Joint Family System or
House filled with Loads And Loads Of People.And When The Hero/Heroine speaks to
anybody the Villan Immediately Hears the Talk.

4) Devotion Plays A Crucial Role In A Man's Life,So Also In these Daily Soaps.Everybody
Believes in God.They Celebrate each and every Festival.Everyone Brings Ganpati Idols
in their Homes,They Play with Colors During the Holy Festival,They Even Bring The idol
of Goddess During the Navratri Festival.When A Writer has nothing To Present Half of
the Time Of the Programme is DEVOTED to show how the Families Celebrate the Festival.
A Patient Laying on the Operation Table in A very Critical Condition NO need to worry
just Do A simple Excersize of Joining your Both Hands in front of the Holy Idol and The
Patient will recover soon.Thus Indicating the Moral that Your Belief in him Will Make the
Patient Stable.Even the Medical Practioners Don't fail to Deliver The Facts that"Hum Ne
To Umeed Hi Chood Di Thi Sab Upar Wali Ki Krupa hai".Thus Devotion also Makes A Dead
Man alive.One Has to just put or Immerse the Idols in Water Unable to Bear the Cold
Even the God Will Immediately fulfill the Wishes of the Devotee.Thus Developing a Doubt
In The Mind Of the Viewer About the Potientiality,Skills,Credientials and Knowledge Of the
Doctor.

5) Another Important Thing is that They Live in the Universe were the Security is so strong
that they always keep their Doors Open and Everybody Enters their Room.Even when
Anybody is Hospitalized everybody together Visit the Hospital leaving the Home On Secur-
-ty Guard.

6) During The Marriages The Pundit who Enchants the Mantras So Speedily that he even
Surpasses THe Speed Of the Fastest MBPS Speed Internet and Even the Fastest train.

7) A boy of the rich Family Always falls in Love with The Poor Girl.And there is Always A
Protest from the Father.Another thing which I Find Funny is However A Poor A Person
May Be His House Always Appears to be A Bunglow.He Even Roams in his House with Sh-
-oes,Chappels and Any other Possible Footwear.The Womens Sleep With Heavy Jewellery
on their Body.

Some Of My Observations On Our Cinemas.

1) The Death Rate In Our Movies Is Considerably High as if We are Virtually Experiencing
the Virtual Video Games.

2) The Hero Of the Movie has So Much Strength in his body that he Easily Fights the Gang
Of Gundas equipped with Knifes,Guns,Choppers and Other Killing Accesories.The Hero
Punches The Villan So Hard That The Villan Flies in the Sky.

3) When a Hero And Heroine Dances on the road people Accompany them And Start Dancing
with them. And Lastly

4) No Matter how Hard the Hero Has Been Beaten Up By Villans Will Show No Pain.
But will Show Pain When His Heroine Heals his Wounds.

Inspite of these things they are our Intgral Parts of Our Lives.

Thinking About The Good and Bad Experiences of Your Life? Just Don't Think Enjoy for the Good and Always Be Ready To Also Face What Is Negative or bad.Every Coin Has Two Sides.So A Man In Life has to face both Happiness and Sorrow.There is Also A Saying That Happiness Comes with the Crown of Sorrow,So If You Want to welcome Happiness You should Also be Ready To Welcome Sorrow.Instead Of thinking What do i don't have think of Them Who Have nothing to lose and live life to its Fullest.We Met People and We Separate Just Don't Lose Hope As The World Is Round Always be Optimistic that one day you will definitely met as Sharukh In Om Shanti Om Rightly says "Agar Koi Bhi Cheeze Dil Se Chaho To Pure Kaynat Use Badal Dene Main Tumhari Madat Karte hai".Atleast you can try to be positive.
We Readily Say that India Main Kuch Nahi Raha and We Easily Highlight the Bad Side of our Country.However it is Unfortunately True that our country is Really In A Sorry State,But It is Not at all Unwise to Expect That Our Country will Change Someday.Its Just like A Vicious Circle.And India Is Not An Exception to it.
